Overview
BZAM took over Tokyo Smoke’s flagship store with The THC Express: a cannabis-inspired parody of Toronto’s TTC subway. The immersive activation featured real subway seats, poles, and newspaper boxes, creating a gritty, high-energy experience.

Results
Results included a 32% QR scan rate, 27% sales lift for featured products, supply depletion at engagement stations, and strong UGC. Budtenders called it the most engaging display they’d ever seen.
